This privacy policy describes how Chantal Apple, REALTOR® (the “Site”), affiliated with Atlantic Shores Sotheby's International Realty, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit chantalapple.com.

When you submit a form on the Site (such as a home value request, contact form, or buyer interest form), we collect the information you provide, including name, email address, phone number, property address, and any property or preference details you choose to share.

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and UTM parameters when present.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and deliver the home value review or service you requested.
• To respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text using the contact method you provided.
• To improve the Site and content based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To send transactional follow-up communications about your request. You can opt out anytime.

We Do NOT

• Sell your personal information.
• Share your information with third-party data brokers.
• Contact you outside the scope of your request without your consent.

TCPA & Communication Consent

By submitting a form with the consent checkbox marked, you agree to be contacted at the phone number and email you provided regarding your specific request. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text message, replying unsubscribe to any email, or contacting us directly.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to SMS/text messages — by checking the clearly labeled SMS consent box on a form or by replying to confirm — you agree to receive text notifications related to your request, and, for our business clients, new-lead alerts at the mobile number provided. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be disclosed only to subcontractors who directly support the delivery of the messaging service (for example, our SMS platform provider), and solely for that purpose.
